Bianca Hotte

Bianca is The Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities Director of Education Policy. In this role, she manages CICU’s Education Policy and Grant Portfolios.

Prior to joining the CICU team, Bianca worked for the U.S House of Representatives for over 5 years. Most recently, she served as Senior Constituent Representative for Congressman Paul Tonko. She has also served as Director of Outreach for New York’s Lt. Governor, Antonio Delgado, during his time in Congress.

Bianca received her bachelor's degree from The University at Albany where she participated in the school’s Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). She obtained her master's degree in international relations from the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow, Scotland.
