Advocate for Student Aid

Students deserve support to help maintain access and promote student success.  

Now it’s your turn to Stand up for Student Aid and ask your legislators in Albany to do their part. 

Ask your legislators to support the following:

• Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
  • Celebrate 50 years of TAP by reinvesting in this critical program
    • Increase the income limit to $110,000
    • Increase the maximum award to $7,070
    • Increase the minimum award to $1,000
• Opportunity Programs
  • Restore proposed funding reductions and increase funding for all Educational Opportunity Programs by 20%
• Bundy Aid
  • Reject the proposed cut to Bundy aid so that this proven program can continue to help students
